  •   Felt for rosettes (color of your choice)
  •   Felt hat
  •   Feathers 

  Instructions

  1. Glue feathers to hat as desired.
  2. Cut out felt rosettes.
  3. Apply crystals to the inside of rosette prior to wrapping around rosette.
  4. Glue rosettes to hat.
