Outdoor Vinyl Banner

I love bunting in all shapes and sizes. Today's I Love to Create project was inspired by a combination of two adorable banners I have seen recently. There is this cute as a button recycled book bunting by Kojo Designs. The second was a banner I saw on iCandy Handmade whipped up from a vinyl tablecloth.

SUPPLIES

Vinyl Tablecloth

Aleene's Tacky Glue

Scissors

Zippers

The first thing I did was trace triangles onto the backside of my tablecloth. Right now vinyl tablecloths are on end of summer clearance sales so you have your pick.

Cut your triangles out. I used pinking shears because I am fancy like that.

I just happen to have some funky zippers on hand, but you could use any kind of ribbon or trim for this part. Using Tacky Glue attach your triangles to the back side of your zipper. Use the teeth as a placement guide.

All that is left to do is hang your banner. I chose to adorn the shopping cart herb garden that lives on my front porch. Since your banner is vinyl it will hold up outside or inside.

The longest part about this project is waiting for your glue to dry and even that did not take that long. You can make your triangles bigger or smaller. Add a pom pom at the tip. I'm thinking of adding my street numbers to the triangles so my Vietnamese take out always gets to me.

I've notice when I eat anything with allot of sugar my blood sugar gets really low a few hours later. I get light headed, dizzy, nervous and irritable. I also get thirty and feel really hungry. I get headaches as well. When I eat a thing mainly with allot of carbs it goes back up. If I consume additional sugar it goes up, but then suddenly drops once again. Could this be diabetes? If that's the case
what variety?. 31 and thin.

you're on the right track, you already got them sanded down thus that's good,
that's the most difficult part. you don't really have to clean them with a solution, especially before
painting, mainly because if the wood is wet it
can warp and when you paint and also it dries, it could come out uneven .

. depending on the condition of the wood. after
sanding, we can just take a lightly dampened cloth, barely wet, as well as wipe off the excess from
sanding. you can use a primer before painting if you want, but you don't need to in this case. pick the paint color, regardless of whether you're making use of a spray paint to a roll-on paint,
and also get to it! as soon as you are done, you may would like to finish with an acrylic clear coat,
to lock in the paint for an extended period of time, as well as it will give it a brand new look.
have fun and good luck! =)

Thank you for sharing this tutorial in making a vinyl banner! But what I love most about this tutorial is that you left options for your readers to further personalize their projects according to their liking, which is, indeed, enriching. As you said, vinyl banners are great because they can be used inside, and can also stand the weather outside. Nice one!

I just loved the way you have used vinyl tablecloths to create a wonderful banner. Vinyl banners are highly durable so as you have rightly said these banners can be used in any place to decorate or advertise your business. This is a great post. Thank you Jennifer

Great blog......thank u for sharing this blog.Vinyl banners are a form of outdoor advertising. Most banners are now digitally printed on large format inkjet printers which are capable of printing a full color outdoor billboard on a single piece of material.

What a beautiful project! It looks easy enough to do, and the materials are easily available. And you can customize it for different occasions! I think it’ll be fun to do with kids, and you can treat it as having some quality bonding time with them. Anyway, thanks for sharing, Jennifer! This is definitely something worth trying!
