Girls Gone Wild with Tulip® Fashion Graffiti!

Today I spotted Chloe and Allee making a very girly hat using the Tulip® Fashion Graffiti Spray Cannon and Tulip® Fabric Spray Paints™ ! I ran and grabbed my camera and filmed away.
