VIDEO: How to use painter's tape for artful patterns

Rip painter's tape into random strips and adhere to your surface (a fabric lampshade in our case). Then brush Tulip Soft Fabric Paint over entire surface, fully covering the tape. Using Tulip Fashion Art Tweezers, remove tape (even when it's still wet) to reveal a fabulous zebra print!!
