Sweatshirt Sequin Bolero.

I have had this left over piece of a sweatshirt
from a previous project just sitting in my scrap bin for about 8 months.
I am the very worst at throwing left over pieces away,
I always want to  recycle them.
I have been on the look out for little
boleros to keep my shoulders and arms warm.
I thought this would be perfect project.
Come and see how easy it is to make.

Things You Need.
  1.  Sweatshirt
  2. Glue *Tulip Fashion Glitter bond
  3. Tulip Sequins
  4. Scissors
Cut off the bottom of the sweat shirt
under the arms, leave the arms intact.
Cut a straight line in the middle of the shirt.
Cut out the section of the sweatshirt at the arm seam and around the collar.
Do the same on the other side.
Glue down the seam and start adding your sequins.
*Work in small sections.

Build your sequins until you get the desired look you want.
Let this dry 24 hours before wearing.
48 to 72 hours before washing.
No Dryer: Hang dry.
I sewed a hook and eye on the neck strap to hold it together.
and I added a few more sequins in the middle of the neck.

I also glued a line of sequins on the bottom of the back.
Wear with your favorite tank top or strapless dress.
I love how it turned out.
Recycling a misfit scrap once again.
Have a  wonderful Week.
Lots of <3,
Anne
